Nearly twenty years with kids and families, now in service of their emotional well-being.

Before I was a therapist, I was in classrooms. For almost twenty years, I worked alongside kids and families ages 2 to 12 as a teacher, an instructional coach, and a school counselor. I watched kids light up when they felt truly seen — and I watched how much steadier a whole family could feel once a child had the right support.

That work is what led me to become a therapist. I wanted to go deeper with the kids and families I'd spent years learning to understand, and to offer something more focused than a school day allows: a consistent, unhurried space built entirely around your child.

Today, I offer child-centered play therapy to children ages 3 to 12 and support for the parents raising them. My approach is shaped by my years in education — I know what childhood looks like across a wide range of kids, and I bring that experience into every session.

Outside the therapy room, I care deeply about making sure families feel welcomed and unrushed from the very first email. If a request falls outside what I'm equipped to help with, I'll do my best to connect you with someone who's the right fit.
